We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our growing Service Assurance team.
The Service Assurance Team is responsible for monitoring the impact each customer is having on our servers and ensuring no single customer causes a negative experience for the rest of our customer base. The team is responsible for monitoring individual account disk, CPU, and bandwidth usage, along with monitoring email queues, MySQL statistics, server load, and uptime.
If a customer is found to be causing any of the above issues, it is the Service Assurance Team's responsibility to contact the customer and work with them to resolve the issue expeditiously.
The team needs to take action to ensure the problem does not affect other customers but must also ensure the action taken has a minimal effect on the account causing the issue.
